• It is Impacta Composite decking discretion if the boards are to be returned. 
• Impacta Composite decking reserves the right to not provide full refund.
• Impacta Composite Decking may refuse to refund any boards that may have been sold, if they are damaged. 
• Impacta Composite decking may offer discounted boards, if the boards to not adhere to our high standard.
